Diane was born and raised in Edmonton. In 1990, Diane started working in the financial industry as a financial advisor. In 2003, she left her position to stay home full-time with her two young girls. As they are now entering school, the flexible schedule and her previous experience make her an excellent real estate agent. Her role as financial advisor not only included investment and retirement planning, but also credit planning. She assisted many people with the purchase of their first home, downsizing or upgrading their existing home and even recreational and revenue properties. Diane realized how confusing these processes can be and assisted her clients every step of the way. She prided herself in ensuring her clients were educated on the processes along the way. Diane prepared her clients on what to expect before, during and after the transactions. She believes in treating people the same way she would like to be treated and lives by that motto. Diane is raising her girls to live by the same motto.
A unique background, a unique philosophy. After Brian graduated from the University of Alberta, he learned how to market on a budget by entering the political world and acting as a campaign manger for several federal political campaigns, and then working on Parliament Hill for a short time as a communications advisor. Deciding that his place was in Alberta, Brian moved back to Edmonton and opened a marketing and public relations firm, which he successfully ran for 10 years before moving full time into real estate. A different real estate philosophy. We believe that too many people have found real estate transactions to be confusing, unnerving and uncomfortable in the past. Far too often consumers have been part of real estate transactions where they didn't feel like anyone was genuinely looking out for their best interests. We are committed to ensuring that each transaction that we are a part of is as 'confusion-free' as possible. We will never take on a client if we do not feel that we will be able to put their needs first, and conduct all negotiations in such a way that they receive the best deal possible.
